All non-documents should be accompanied by properly typed seven copies of invoice
(value should be mentioned in US Dollars only).

DOCUMENTATION FOR EXPRESS COMMERCIAL SHIPMENTS
Following paperwork should accompany your international export shipments :

1. Import Export Certificate (IEC)
with Permanent Account Number (PAN)
2. Bank Details
(Name, Branch, Account Number, Address)
3. Invoice (7 Copies)
4. Packing List (7 Copies)
5. Rubber Stamp (non-returnable)
6. Shipper's Letter of instructions


For Duty Draw-back ( in addition to the above ) :

1. G S P (for Europe)
2. G S P & Import License of Consignee (for Japan)
3. Quota Visa (for U.S.A.)
